Adjustable jet/fan (“garden hose” effect); upper section rotates 360°, can be limited

By turning the ribbed ring on the head, children can adjust the water pattern steplessly from a tight, long-range jet to a wide, gentle fan. Flow rate and pressure stay the same; the energy is simply spread over a larger area.

Wet zone

Children turn the upper section and aim the water themselves. In fan mode the water stays within about 2.5 metres; the tight jet lands at 5 to 6.5 metres. With a rotation limiter the wet zone becomes a sector, for example 90°, 120° or 180°.

  • Fan mode, up to ≈ 2.5 m
  • Jet landing zone, ≈ 5 – 6.5 m
  • Obstacle-free zone, r ≥ 6.5 m (recommended)
  • Element (base plate)

Design advice. Keep an obstacle-free zone around the element within the chosen sector, with a non-slip finish and a fall towards the drain, and a radius of at least 6.5 m. If rotation is limited, make the sector visible in the design.

Indicative, based on AVASTO test values. Wind, water pressure and the choice of spray nozzle determine the actual reach; we agree this with you for each project.

Colour

Two RAL colours: the base (bottom 150 mm) with base plate, and the tube. The swivel joint remains bare stainless steel. Choose from the nine colour lines or your own RAL colours.
