A slide design in 3D on screen

How we work: from design to inspection

Together with you we look at your wishes and needs, and develop them into an attraction that suits your venue and budget.

  1. Design sketch of a water playground

    Design

Based on your wishes and budget, we design a custom water experience.

  2. 3D model of a water playground

    3D model

Every design is visualised in 3D to achieve the best possible experience. You see a photorealistic design, which we adjust until it matches your wishes exactly.

  3. Technical drawing

    Engineering

The construction drawings with all technical details are thoroughly checked, and the sliding behaviour of the slide is calculated. About simulation and safety

  4. Green polyester start section of a slide in the workshop

    Production

Your design becomes reality. A high-quality product, made in Holland!

Production and installation

After engineering, we make the components in our own production hall in Oudewater and install them on site.

Completely taken care of, completely custom

Together with you we look at your wishes and needs, and then work them out in practical terms. We check whether your wishes fit your budget, how we can work as efficiently as possible and whether the investment is future-proof. Years of experience with a range of Dutch and international clients give us a clear view of what will and will not work in your situation.

Based on your wishes and budget we prepare a custom proposal, including 3D renderings of your site. Once you have approved everything, the design is again thoroughly checked structurally. When all technical details are correct, we move on to production: in-house in Oudewater. As the final step, we deliver and install your new acquisition.

Beyond our wide range, we can also repair and, where necessary, replace (electronic) products. That way we take care of everything for you from start to finish.

Steel structure

Steel quality

We manufacture all our structures and components in our own NEN-EN 1090-1 certified production hall in Oudewater. Our components are fully engineered and delivered to site prefabricated, so there is no need for clamps or threaded rods, for example. For slides, combined with our 100 × 100 mm support arms, this gives a robust appearance as well as a very solid structure. It prevents the slide sections from moving, which also keeps the stress on the joints in the slide channel to a minimum. A well-thought-out design, built around low maintenance costs.

Fixing, galvanising and coating

Fixing

The mounting bolts for the polyester slide sections, among others, and all other fixings are supplied as standard in hot-dip galvanised quality, property class 8.8 in accordance with the applicable standard.

Galvanising

All steel products are hot-dip galvanised, making them highly corrosion-resistant. The galvanising process is carried out in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 1461. The structures are designed so that the zinc can reach every part of the structure, leaving no untreated surfaces.

Coating

Before the products are coated, they are lightly blasted to ensure good adhesion. An epoxy zinc phosphate primer is then applied. The final layer is a high-gloss polyurethane topcoat. This coating is available in various standard RAL colours.
