Splash pad

An interactive water play area with no standing water, where even the very youngest can play safely.

Water play without water depth

A splash pad is an interactive water play area. The various play features are installed on the ground rather than in a pool. Because water landing on the surface drains away immediately, there is no standing water. This means even the very youngest can crawl around safely, always under supervision, of course.

Our range includes countless play features to equip your splash pad, such as water tables, tipping buckets and water cannons, as well as ground sprays and water arches.

This page shows a few of the many possibilities. You will find more examples in the Pooljoy range and in SprayWave, our own line of modern water play elements.

De Tongelreep, Eindhoven

At De Tongelreep swimming pool in Eindhoven we fitted out the new outdoor splash pad, with a play tower, slides, a circular water channel and sprayers on a blue synthetic surface.

Indoors, we made the Aquanaut for De Tongelreep, a custom astronaut figure, along with play elements for the play pools. You can see these on the Water playground page.

Your custom splash pad

We fit out your splash pad entirely to your wishes. We first design the layout in 3D, so you see exactly what you will get. Then we manufacture and install the play elements, including the associated technology: pipework, pumps and controls.

A splash pad suits an outdoor pool, campsite or holiday park, but also an indoor pool with a play zone for the very youngest.

How we work

Splash pad or water playground?

A splash pad has no standing water: the water drains away directly through the surface, so even the youngest children can play safely.

A water playground is located in or next to a (toddler) pool and combines playhouses, slides and water-spraying figures.
