Low-maintenance wellness for your campsite, holiday park or swimming pool, with a payment system if required.
Alongside slides and water playgrounds, AVASTO Recreation Technology supplies wellness facilities: whirlpools, steam and infrared cabins and saunas. We have been installing this technology from our own production hall in Oudewater ever since 2006, when AVASTO took over Terberg’s pool-related activities, including whirlpools and steam baths.
Our whirlpools are high quality and low-maintenance. A compact eye-catcher for your venue that can also generate extra revenue with a payment system.
AVASTO designs, manufactures and installs the complete technology behind the whirlpools itself. This gives you the installation that suits you best, even where space is tight or requirements are special.
One example is the whirlpool installation at De Waterwyck in Steenwijk. The technology is not located under the pools but in the plant room, which makes maintenance easier. Because we design and make the technology ourselves, we keep spare parts available for a long time, and we also supply maintenance products and fragrances.
Steam cabins, infrared cabins and saunas are also part of our range, as are deluge showers. For an atmospheric wellness area, combine them with our lighting for use under and above water.
Like the whirlpools, the cabins can be linked to a payment system, so guests pay per use.
In the wellness corner at Optisport De Waterhoorn swimming pool, guests choose on a screen between the Turkish steam baths and the whirlpools. AVASTO supplied the complete technology there: the control panel, the valve section with all valves, the payment panel and the heat exchanger for the whirlpools. A steam generator produces the steam.
Want guests to pay for using a whirlpool or cabin? With our payment systems, the attraction is activated automatically once payment has been made. Cashless, by scanning a barcode, wristband or NFC chip in a bank card or smartwatch, or with a phone or debit card, with an automatic link to your till system.
If you prefer coins, there is a coin unit with a Wi-Fi interface that activates the attraction after a preset amount. The units are vandal-resistant and withstand pool and chlorine air, and we adapt the look and colours of the panel to your venue. Payment systems product information (PDF)
AVASTO takes the entire project off your hands: from the technical installation and building work to finishing and handover. If required, we work together with your own technical department or regular contractor.
After handover we remain your point of contact for maintenance and faults.
