Family slide

A wide, open slide where parents and children go down side by side.

What is a family slide?

A family slide is a wide, open slide of 2000 to 5000 mm. Parents and children slide down side by side. Because several people slide at once, capacity is high: 1000 people per hour.

We make the family slide to measure for your pool: width, length and height, with a steel or a tiled staircase. The polyester sections come from our own production in Oudewater, the steel structure from our NEN-EN 1090-1 certified workshop.

We design to NEN-EN 1069, so there is enough free space around the slide and in the landing area.

Together with other attractions

A family slide combines well with other attractions in the same pool. At Merwestein swimming pool in Nieuwegein there is a wide family slide with stairs, a slide tower with tube slides and two parallel slides with a traffic light at the start.

Our family slide is 2000 to 5000 mm wide. We match the width to your pool and the number of visitors.

How much pump capacity does a family slide need?

Allow for 20 m³/h or more per lane. We determine the exact pump in the design.
